• Her corporate career includes leadership roles at CIBA Vision, Novartis, MODER8, and Alimera Sciences—spanning both large-scale organizations and agile startups. • Throughout her career, Liz has successfully guided cross-functional teams through all stages of new product development and lifecycle management, from initial R&D to global commercialization.
